What’s the difference between a pumpkin and a jack-o-lantern? A pumpkin is just….a pumpkin. A jack-o-lantern is when the pumpkin has a face, and a candle inside it so you can see it at night. We call it carving pumpkins.”

The Young Learners classes carved pumpkins right here at the International Institute to celebrate Halloween. Our students in Alisha’s Level 5 class wrote SCARY stories and shared them with us, in the garden, in the dark…..BOO!
